This position is located in the Client Response Center section of our Laboratory.
This position supports patient care in a call center by acting as a liaison between laboratory sections and the caregivers providing direct patient care, including reference client sites, and works with units within the department of pathology to resolve emergent and complex issues. They deliver excellent customer service to internal and external caregivers while maintaining a professional image via phone, email, and other communication channels.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, fully remote day shift (EST/EDT) position working Monday through Friday, 10:30 am - 7 pm.
