Personal Care Assistants at DHHC Provides non-medical services, hands-on client contact including but not limited to: homemaking, helping with activities of daily living such as meal plan preparation, grooming, toileting, eating, dressing, reminding clients to take medications, and transportation in order to support client independence and safety so they may remain in their home.
