The Variant Curator assesses and classifies variants detected using several Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) platforms to determine diagnosis, prognosis, and risk of developing human diseases. They work closely with Lab Technologists, Molecular Pathologists, Geneticists, Bioinformaticians, and the clinical laboratory team to interpret sequence variants and to help draft clinical reports for patients who are undergoing testing for both germline and somatic variants.
This is a full-time, 40-hour/week onsite position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at our Lebanon, NH location. Flexibility in working hours is required for this position.
