Advanced Practice Provider – Primary Care

 

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for our Hoosick Falls, NY location.  The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in a primary care setting.

  • Supportive administration, quality care and a focus on provider and patient satisfaction
  • Salary range $126,000 - $140,000
  • Incentive compensation may be available in addition to base salary.  This position includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off and CME support).  A sign-on bonus and relocation stipend may also be available, subject to eligibility.

  • Graduate of accredited APRN or PA program
  • Board Certified by AANP, ANCC or NCCPA

Required Licensure/Certifications

 

  • Current or Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York and Vermont
  • Current or Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
  • Graduate of accredited APRN or PA program
  • Board Certified by AANP, ANCC or NCCPA
