Advanced Practice Provider – Hospital Medicine

 

 

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking advanced practice providers (NP or PA) to join our hospital medicine team.  The hospitalists are a well-established group of ABMS board-certified internists, family medicine physicians and advanced practice providers.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to rounding on inpatients, admitting patients from the emergency room, fulfilling consultation requests and coordinating transfers into and out of the hospital.

 

Full-time for this position is comprised of 14 10-hour day shifts per month. Applicants interested in part-time or per diem positions are encouraged to apply.   All positions would include weekend and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

  • Hospital Medicine experience as a provider strongly preferred
  • Graduate of accredited APRN or PA program
  • Board Certified by AANP, ANCC or NCCPA

Required Licensure/Certifications

 

  • Current or Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Vermont
  • Current or Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
  • Graduate of accredited APRN or PA program
  • Board Certified by AANP, ANCC or NCCPA
