At Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics, our Sonographers practice with committed Radiology professionals, Obstetricians, Gynecologists and Urologists in one of the most technologically advanced settings in the country. The ideal candidate for this Ultrasonographer role will be asked to perform a variety of highly technical Ultrasound exams and procedures requiring advanced technical skills and understanding of complicated requests from specialized clinics.
Our Sonographers perform at the highest potential of their license, performing complex examinations such as high risk gynecological, obstetrics, infertility and general imaging on the newest GE & Philips ultrasound systems available.

Candidates should be graduates of an A.M.A. approved allied health program and have certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support.
Successful completion of the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) certification is required. OB experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate to further enhance imaging skills in High Risk Obstetrics.

This is a Full Time, 32hr per week, benefitted position.

Employees hired to work at least 0.50 FTE (20 hours per week) and their eligible dependents may participate in Dartmouth Health benefit plans on the employee’s first day of employment.

Retirement: Employee contributions are vested immediately. Biweekly matching contribution of 50% on up to 4% of pay saved—for a maximum match of 2% of pay.
Paid Time Off: Paid time off is accrued per pay period based on hours worked. This includes six paid holidays.
Shift Differential:10% evening, 20% night, and 15% weekend shift differentials when applicable.
