Performs any of the various café duties to assemble and serve food and perform sanitation activities.

1. Performs procedures in any of the serving areas according to all guidelines.
2. Opens and/or closes the Café.
3. Cleans assigned areas/equipment according to organization standards.
4. Orders, collects and restocks food supplies in assigned areas.
5. Displays and labels food items using menu boards and table top signs.
6. Sweeps and mops, as needed.
7. Prepares and delivers food for catering.
8. Performs catering duties.
9. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
