The Dartmouth Cancer Center is looking for a BC/BE hematology/oncology physician to join their regional clinics in northern Vermont and New Hampshire. This position will require travel between two of the three Dartmouth Cancer Center clinics in St. Johnsbury, VT, Littleton Hospital in Littleton, NH and Weeks Memorial Hospital in Lancaster, NH. This position provides critical cancer care to patients and families in the Northeast Kingdom of VT and Northern New Hampshire. This position is supported by an excellent clinical team made up of group of Advanced Practice Providers, nursing staff, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, social workers, and dieticians.
Ideal candidates will be able to collaborate effectively within an expanding integrated health system, have excellent communication skills and evidence of a strong clinical background. Other activities include community service, education, and participation in clinical research. Candidate will be eligible for an academic appointment through the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College at a rank commensurate with qualifications.

The Appalachian Trail passes through the area and the Connecticut River borders the West, with the White Mountains on one side and Vermont’s Green Mountains on the other side.
