The Dartmouth Cancer Center is looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative physician scientist to join our team at our main campus in Lebanon, NH. At the direction of the Section Chief this provider will provide care to oncology patients, develop new cancer research clinical trials and participate in cancer educational programs at the Dartmouth Cancer Center Lebanon.
The Dartmouth Cancer Center (DCC) is one of only 53 NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers and the only one north of Boston and east of Buffalo. DCC is committed to providing access to research-based, high-quality care, advanced technologies, and clinical trials for patients throughout northern New England. Its research, clinical care, and training are integrated at the Cancer Center with priority on translation of innovation, interdisciplinary care, team science, and career development. DCC is an active partner with the CDC-funded New Hampshire Comprehensive Cancer Collaboration and Dartmouth’s CDC-funded Prevention Research Center.
This position is eligible for inclusion in the Couch Faculty Fellowship program which features 40% protected research time for clinicians/researchers. This fellowship is available to all open, cancer-focused clinical positions and welcomes applications from those with a lived or learned experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging especially experience focusing on medicine and research through a lens of rurality.
