The Phlebotomist Trainee is a temporary role for those actively enrolled in the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Workforce Readiness Institute (D-H WRI) training program. Upon successful completion of the training program, Phlebotomist Trainees will transition to Phlebotomist Trainee - Advanced roles. The Phlebotomist trainee is responsible for learning and practicing the professional and clinical duties within the Laboratory Phlebotomy Services. The Phlebotomy Trainee will learn to perform adult and pediatric sample collection in an outpatient setting.
The DH WRI Medical Assistant Apprenticeship training program is a paid and benefitted full-time intensive 12 weeks of studies in partnership with Colby-Sawyer College.
