This is a hybrid remote position with weekly onsite work in the Supply Chain department/System. Dartmouth Health is located in the state of NH.
The Clinical Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that ensure cost-effective, resilient, high quality supply base. This role involves, advanced analytics, clinical partnership, value analysis, inventory optimization and supplier management. Including, contract management strategies to reduce costs, enhance supplier performance and optimize procurement processes, playing a critical part in advancing supply chain efficiency, and supporting high-quality patient care. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers and serves as a liaison between Supply Chain and General Counsel. Reviews and negotiates contracts for supplies, equipment and purchased services within the parameters established by General Counsel. Educates Supply Chain staff in understanding contract terms and conditions, statutory, and regulatory issues pertaining to contracts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
●Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Master of Health Administration (MHA), or related advanced degree preferred.
●Minimum of three (3) years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, vendor selection, vendor performance management, and contract management within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare provider environments.
●Professional certifications (CPSM, CSCP, PMP) are beneficial.
●Knowledgeable in supply chain management, ERP and EMR systems, contract management software, services contracting, accounting principles, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, market and supplier research, and analytics. Skilled in communication planning, negotiation, data interpretation, and process improvement.
●Proficient in MS Office Suite, ERP and supply chain information systems, contract management software, and EDI/GHX platforms.
